The company held a strategic session, dedicated for setting priorities for 2025

A strategic session was held in January to identify key development directions for 2025. The event was participated by the founder and CEO of the company and heads of functional departments.

The session began with a speech by the founder and CEO of the company, who indicated the main challenges facing the organization, and shared their vision of the company’s future.

The key stage of the session was a SWOT analysis conducted by the company’s top managers. The analysis identified the strengths and weaknesses of the organization, as well as opportunities and threats that may affect its operations in the future.

Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the session participants identified the company’s priority directions of development for 2025. Special attention was paid to financial management and improving the efficiency of business processes.
